CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT KILLS GUN LAWSUIT

The California Supreme Court, one of the most far left in America, in a 5 to 1 decision threw out the state lawsuit against gun manufacturers.  The August 6, 2001 decision follows similar decisions in every court to hear the cases so far.  The lawsuits are part of a trial lawyer legal conspiracy to kill the 2nd Amendment by litigation.  Obviously if no guns are made and sold there will eventually be no guns.  Gun manufacturers are very small companies with low profit margin and can barely afford to finance their legal defense.  When ever you see anyone participating in such suits, remember, that person is very directly suing you - to take away your 2nd Amendment.  kbr
