As the premier sportsmen's organization in Iowa, the Iowa Sportsmen's Federation and the NRA stand together in the fight to preserve our Second Amendment freedoms.
With the ISF comes full-time quality representation in the Iowa Legislature on guard in defense of our rights. Were it not for the dedicated service and vigilance of the ISF firearm owners and sportsmen in Iowa would not have many of the protections they enjoy today.
Over the past several years the ISF has built an impressive list of accomplishments that thousands of Iowa sportsmen enjoy everyday.
Because of the ISF
Iowa now has handgun hunting season.
Iowa now has shooting range protection.
Iowa now has a" preemption law" Iowa cities are now prevented from banning guns from there jurisdiction.
